Job Requirements
The VP of Sales will be directly responsible for the company?s revenue?Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Oversee the fullfillment team and work with them to create effecient systems?Develop plans and strategies for developing new business and achieving the company?s sales goals
Grow and manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
Define and oversee programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
Grow and manage international distributors in key countries
Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs
Take part in trade shows meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships
